Installable Feature Packs

Feature Packs turn Phasoric into a tailored knowledge system for your specific domain or job. A Feature Pack is an installable, versioned configuration bundle that adds templates, Quarries, Pulse lenses, and Forge action recipes without locking you into proprietary formats.

Browsing & Previewing Packs

1. Navigate to the Pack Library (/packs) from the main menu.

2. Browse curated packs tailored for different roles:

- Personal Knowledge System: Folder structure, evergreen templates, link-health audits, and review lenses.

- Everything Inbox: Capture destinations, inbox-processing Quarries, document templates, and weekly review flows.

- Consultant Engagement: Client vault layout, discovery templates, decision registers, and deliverable briefs.

- Product Decision Log: ADR/product templates, risk Quarries, supersession review, and release briefs.

- Meeting Memory: Agenda templates, transcript destinations, commitment tracking, and follow-up recipes.

- Research Dossier: Source collection, research question views, citation verification, and evidence briefs.

- Developer Agent Workspace: API/MCP setups, agent source boundaries, and run view templates.

3. Click Preview Pack to inspect folders, templates, saved views, and workflows before installing.

Safe, Zero-Data-Loss Installation

  • Idempotent Installation: Installing a pack creates necessary folder structures, templates, and configurations cleanly.
  • No Overwriting: Installation never overwrites existing user notes. Path conflicts generate proposed alternative filenames.
  • Local Tracking: Installed pack manifests and versions are persisted locally ({ packId, installedVersion, installedAt }).

Updating and Uninstalling Packs

  • Updating: Upgrading a pack displays a migration preview preserving all your user-authored modifications.
  • Uninstalling: Removing a pack cleans up pack-owned configuration (lenses, saved view filters), while all your authored notes and content remain safely in your vault.
