Supported local providers can process on-device first. Enable hosted fallback when you want metered remote processing; Premium-family plans can also connect supported providers. An explicit model selection controls supported chat workflows. MCP is a separate way for an external client to access your knowledge.

Keep the sources in view
Only the bounded source context needed for a supported request is sent. Citations help you inspect an answer; generated output still needs review. Hosted intelligence does not automatically archive all your conversations from other AI tools.

Can I use hosted intelligence on Free?
Eligible Free hosted accounts can purchase 50,000 Phasoric Credits for $5.99. Free has no included monthly hosted allowance. A local-only workspace must sign in to a hosted account first.
Does a credit pack unlock MCP?
No. Credits pay for metered hosted intelligence. Hosted MCP requires Premium or a higher plan and has its own operation allowance.
Will every answer use every note?
No. Phasoric retrieves bounded relevant context for supported intelligence workflows. Citation availability depends on the workflow and available sources; an answer still needs your review.
Can I keep using local intelligence?
Yes. Supported local processing remains available separately on every plan and uses no Phasoric AI credits. Device and model availability affect what can run locally.
