No. You can keep the client record in Phasoric and use supported local or hosted intelligence directly. Hosted usage is metered; external MCP clients require Premium or higher.

Will Phasoric send the briefing to the client?

This workflow prepares a record for your review. It does not automatically send the summary, approve a commitment or change the engagement scope.
