Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

Effective September 7, 2026 · Version 2026-09-07

1. Prices, renewals, and taxes

Checkout identifies the billing account, plan, billing interval, seat quantity, price, and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew unless canceled. Paid access ends at the actual subscription end time, including for annual subscriptions; it does not extend to the end of that calendar month.

2. Included and purchased AI credits

Included AI credits reset at 00:00 UTC on the first of each calendar month for monthly and annual subscribers. Unused included credits expire at the next reset and do not accumulate. Credits earned for the final subscription month remain usable until that month ends, even when paid subscription access ends earlier. For example, an annual subscription ending September 15 ends paid access that day, while its remaining September included credits expire at 00:00 UTC on October 1. Unpaid renewal periods do not grant new included credits.

Purchased credit packs are non-refundable. Purchased credits remain with the billing account until used, never expire, and survive subscription cancellation or downgrade. AI credits are service credits, not cash or a transferable financial balance. Included credits are used before carried-forward credits. A shared vault does not transfer credit ownership or billing responsibility. The account identified before checkout owns the purchase; Team purchases belong to the identified Team billing account.

3. Requests, reservations, and spending controls

Phasoric temporarily reserves a maximum credit amount before submitting hosted AI work. Reserved credits are unavailable to other requests until settlement or release. Completed requests are charged for actual metered usage, and unused reservations are released. Platform failures incur no charge. Canceling delivery after work has been submitted may allow that submitted work to finish so its actual cost can be measured; the account pays those actual costs. An estimate is not charged when actual usage is unavailable. Billing history distinguishes charges, reservations, and releases; returning a reservation is not a cash refund.

You can configure low-balance notices and a maximum number of credits per request. Automatic top-ups are off by default and require explicit authorization of the purchase amount, trigger threshold, payment method, and UTC calendar-month spending cap. Pending and completed automatic purchases count against that cap. You may disable future top-ups at any time in Billing & Usage; an already-submitted purchase may still complete. Automatic purchases are subject to the same non-refundable credit-pack policy.

4. Cancellation and subscription refunds

Canceling renewal normally retains paid access through the already-paid subscription end time and does not itself issue a refund. To end service early and request a refund for unused subscription time, contact support@phasoric.com with the billing account and invoice. Subscription refunds are prorated solely by unused time in the paid subscription period, using the amount actually paid after discounts. Consumed AI credits do not reduce that refund. AI credits are not refunded and remain with the account under their included or purchased expiration rules. Cancellation and refund amounts/statuses are recorded separately. Mandatory refund and cancellation rights remain unaffected.

5. Failed payments and recovery

There is no payment grace period. Failed renewals suspend paid subscription features immediately while Stripe continues applicable payment retries. Existing content and purchased credits remain intact. Updating a payment method alone does not restore paid access; successful payment and verified subscription recovery do. Billing & Usage provides payment-update actions, invoice links, and the next retry when available. If automatic recovery is exhausted, payment resolution is still required before paid access can resume.

6. Disputes and billing errors

Disputes are recorded separately from refunds and cancellation and reviewed by support using the payment processor's evidence and deadlines. A dispute does not itself delete customer content or silently convert credits into a cash refund. Contact support@phasoric.com promptly about duplicate charges, incorrect usage, payment failures, or disputed transactions. Any adjustment is recorded against the relevant billing account and payment.
